Playing around in Apophisys inspired me. I love fractal flames like you would not believe. I was going for the clean-white feel of the construct from the matrix, bad as that may be. I'm not too happy with the way i colored the wings. I think I'm going to go back into Apophysis and re-render them, but that will be another day (which means, its not gonna happen).

Tongue tied and twisted, just an Earth-bound misfit...
you know, for a little while, i was not happy with the shadow. It made it look fake, but the more i looked at it the more it seemed like the entire environment was luminous, like a grand sky-dome, because the shadow was so diffused.
